DH found the following somewhere on the internet a few years ago. We have it posted on the cork board in the office at eye level so it catches our attention every time we sit down. It is a good philosophy to try to live by and one we try to live by each year that passes.
"Choose to live by choice, not by chance. To make changes, not excuses. To be motivated, not manipulated. To be useful, not used. To excel and not to compete. Choose self esteem, not self pity. Choose to listen to your inner voice that comes from the heart and not the random opinions of others. Speak what you want to say with confidence and dream knowing that the smaller dreams always lead to the bigger ones. God is before you to light your way, beside you to befriend you, and inside of your to give you His peace."
A simple philosophy to live by and one that will simply speak volumes in your life!
Living a simple life and simply loving every second of it!
